Here Are Some Great Nutrition Ideas For A Healthier Lifestyle

Nutrition
is one critical component of living a healthier life style. A great nutrition plan will help you from your fitness level to your everyday activities. Although many food companies mislead their everyday customers by not providing you the full details of their "nutritious" product. Hopefully, Im going to provide some helpful information that

1. Read the nutrition label before buying any product

As I stated earlier, even though a label may say that a food is "healthy" it will always NOT be true!

If your favorite juice contains a statement such as "100% juice" , "fat free", or "excellent source of vitamin C" doesnt mean that it wont have MASSIVE AMOUNTS OF SUGAR.

This is apparent even at your local smoothie shops.
  • The sugar in smoothies is NOT all fruit sugar, but also high-fructose corn syrup in sorbets and sherbets and fruit juices enriched with sugar.
  • Smoothies contain LOADS of calories.
Believe when I told you this because I have worked at a place where they sell smoothies and they are loaded with sugar! About 25% of the smoothie is real Juice.

By reading the nutrition label, you will be able to find out how much sugar, calories, saturated fat and trans fat a product REALLY has.

Check Out This Great Workout Program That Gives You The Right Nutrition.

2. Avoid All Types of Sodas

My uncle used to be a professional bodybuilder and he told me that a bodybuilders enemy was the consumption of soda.
  • Not only does the average can of soda contain over 50 grams of sugar, it also deteriorates any muscle you have built in your hard day work at the gym.
He used to tell me if I were to leave a piece of meat in a cup of soda overnight, the next day you would find the meat completely gone. Now think of that same piece of meat as your muscle tissue. The constant consumption of soda will deteriorate any muscle mass.

3. Frozen Dinners Contribute To Weight Gain

FROZEN DINNERS CONTAIN HIGH LEVELS OF SODIUM!

The sodium adds to great taste of foods which causes you to eat more of it. Thats why so many people enjoy eating frozen dinners.

Not only do people gain more weight but they are also susceptableeating high amounts of sodium may contribute to the development of high blood pressure in certain people. High blood pressure may then lead to heart disease, kidney disease or stroke.

Are You Still Wasting Money On Purchasing Supplements?

As a former high school football athlete, I have always been finding ways to gain weight and build muscle mass to stay in shape. I have always worked hard lifting weights but I wasn't sure about what nutrition plan to follow. Many of my coaches and friends advised me to take supplements. Honestly, I have tried so many supplements but I have not seen any results. I became really frustrated at so many failed attempts and how much money I wasted. All I had gained from supplements is a bloated stomach.

Did you know:
  • Bodybuilding Industry makes most of their money from selling pills and powders. They will tell you all sorts of nonsense in order for you to buy their product.
  • All the great reviews from the product are from the people who work for that supplement company
  • It costs them less than $3 to actually produce supplements

That's right - If you just landed from Mars, and were able to avoid every muscle magazine, every supplement ad, and every re-hashed website then you would immediately have an UNFAIR ADVANTAGE over the rest of male hardgainers out there.

THERE IS AN EASIER WAY TO GET GREAT RESULTS!

You would easily be able to double your muscle gains in half the amount of time…

Simply by exploiting a few 'little known' techniques that the bodybuilding magazines are spending MILLIONS to keep from you…

The truth is that the next latest supplement that will make you "huge" is going to have the same junk as the old supplement.

If there is an ingredient that you are not able to even pronounce chances are that it is harmful for you.

In my opinion the best way to build muscle is to eat natural foods.

I have gained pure muscle from the aid of natural foods and the best of all there are No Harmful Chemicals that I have to worry about.

A great program I recommend is No Nonsense Body Building. This a program that emphasis its program on natural foods and half the training "experts" would recommend.
